Victor Frankel, a psychiatrist and concentration camp survivor is quoted as saying:“Everything can be taken from a man but… the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
Often we think self-sabotaging thoughts so automatically, we aren’t even aware of doing it. We end up with thoughts that do not support our goals.
A thought is Self-Sabotaging if it:
*Leads to “all or nothing thinking.”
*Keeps you from feeling good about yourself.
*Creates feelings of fear, doubt, depression, or anxiety.
*Diminishes self-esteem.
Through guided imagery, journal writing, energy medicine, sharing, relaxation techniques and affirmations you will leave this workshop with tools to become aware of how you self-sabotage and techniques to overcome it.
