 About Your Instructor

My name is Maria! I have always had a passion for homemade cooking, but sourdough baking felt intimidating—until I finally took a leap of faith and started my own sourdough journey. Since then, I haven’t looked back! Despite a busy schedule, I’ve found ways to incorporate sourdough into my routine, proving that anyone can make time for it with a little planning. In my free time, you’ll often find me experimenting with new recipes, baking fresh loaves, and finding creative ways to use sourdough discard. Now, I love sharing my knowledge and helping others overcome the same hesitation I once had. My goal is to make sourdough approachable, fun, and rewarding for everyone, no matter their experience level!
